Q. Can I get an estimate over the phone?
A.  It is very difficult to give quotes on something we cannot see. We can, however, give you
a price on jobs that do not require repair, such as painting a bumper or replacing a tail light.

Q. How much does an estimate cost?
A. Estimates are free, unless we have to remove anything to properly estimate it, such as a
jammed hood, or rear bumper that is concealing damage. We will always let you know
beforehand and the fees are minimal. On insurance claims, the insurance is responsible for
any "tear down" fees.

Q. How long does any estimate take to complete?
A. Most estimates can take five minutes to fifteen minutes depending on the extent of the
damage. Vehicles with extensive damage can take more time, as we would need to inspect
thoroughly, to insure a proper estimate.

Q. Is my estimate the final price?
A. Most of the time it is. The only reasons it would change is if there is more damage found
after the repair has been started, the estimate is old and the prices on parts or labor have
increased or decreased, or you authorize economy parts or other changes in the repair. In
any case, we will always notify the customer before continuing repairs. On insurance
claims, we issue a "supplement" and the insurance adjuster is notified and will be
responsible.
